Well, well, well after repeated attempts programming a OOPIC chip i decided to quit, part of the reason, i burned up the multimeter second time in a row. The only successful tasks I completed are basic (blinking LED based on time setting), I truly hope this I will get a chance to continue this project some time in the future... :-(
